Content Creator and Influencer 

"Hey Yinz Guys!"

Since 2020, Ellen has been feeding her creative outlet by creating online content for her Pittsburgh-centric platform, @Pittsburghhills, available on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. It's a quirky mix of an online visitor's bureau, travel vlog, history channel, and comedy show wrapped up into one platform.

 

Through these videos, she's become a Pittsburgh-area influencer, with a combined reach of more than 100 thousand followers. Several of her videos have had views in the millions. In 2024 her TikTok channel was voted "Best TikTok" in the Pittsburgh City Paper's "Best of PGH" Readers' Poll, and she was also nominated among the top five influencers in Pittsburgh Magazine's "Best of Pittsburgh." She loves collaborating with local organizations and enjoys getting recognized around "tahn" and talking with people who appreciate her content.

Her growing list of collaborators includes: Visit Pittsburgh, NEXTpittsburgh, Visit PA, BikePGH, Governor Josh Shapiro's Office, and the Art Association of Pittsburgh.

Ellen has worked to promote local Pittsburgh businesses including the Hazelwood Café, Nook Café, Barcadia, and is actively accepting partnership proposals.
